キツラノの静かな通り沿いにあるこのレストランは、1日わずか6名限定の「おまかせ」コースを提供。日本の技と、地元食材が美しく融合する、隠れ家的な名店です。

From fresh oysters to uni sushi, each dish arrives like a carefully composed haiku — seasonal, elegant, and full of quiet surprises.

新鮮な牡蠣やウニの寿司まで、一皿一皿がまるで俳句のように繊細。季節を映す味わいと、美しい盛り付けに思わず息を呑みます。
